We've not only helped scores of students gain admittance to their dream universities, but we've navigated the process ourselves, offering the international scholars we consult both mentorship and expert admissions counseling.
HELEN
Ed.M., Harvard Graduate School of Education
BA, University of Chicago
With over 8 years of experience in college admissions consulting, Helen combines research on higher education and adolescent development to counsel her students, gaining them acceptance to Ivy+ universities. Helen has served as an interviewer for the Gates Millennium Scholarship and InitialView; a conference proposal reviewer for the National Association for College Admission Counseling; and a member of the Harvard Alumni for Education. Helen graduated with honors from the University of Chicago as an Odyssey Scholar and Career in Public and Social Services Fellow. During her master’s studies at Harvard, she won the Making Caring Common Dean’s Challenge for creating a cross-cultural storytelling curriculum. Currently, she resides in L.A. with her husband.
HENRY

As one of the youngest travelers in the world to visit over 100 countries, Henry is an expert in cross-cultural dialogue and able to draw out the best within his students. Henry’s students have gained acceptance to Russell Group universities including Imperial College, UCL, and LSE. Other than his work as a college advisor, Henry is the current managing director at the Medici Center Shanghai, an Italian Renaissance cultural research center; contributing Op-Ed writer for the South China Morning Post; and children’s book author. He has over 9 years’ experience tutoring English as well as extensive financial knowledge having worked in asset management in London. Henry resides in Shanghai and travels frequently to Beijing, HK, and Italy.
DEBBY
MST in Anthropology, Oxford University
BA in Art History & Anthropology, New York University
Having earned high honor degrees in Art History, Anthropology, and Archaeology from NYU and University of Oxford, Debby is well-versed in the cultural underpinnings and academic environments of both UK and US higher education institutions. She has previously worked for the Tsinghua-Rocfly Academy of Education as a researcher, and was invited as an undergraduate to Yeshiva University to present a lecture about the discipline of Chinese Archaeology. She now serves as a board member and consultant for Yeshiva University’s Chinese-Jewish Conversation panel, and is working on her first Chinese-to-English book translation. Debby currently resides in Beijing.
AILEEN
M.A., Columbia University
Aileen has over 6 years of experience in the education industry and is the team’s expert in economics and business administration admissions. On top of having two years of experience as a teaching assistant, during her tenure at Columbia University, Aileen co-authored a variety of lectures for Columbia’s economics department and specialized on the topic of Alternative Investments. Upon graduation, Aileen worked in New York’s prestigious financial industry before returning to China. Aileen combines patient support and mentorship with acute strategic overview to help her students win acceptances to top US universities. She currently resides in Shanghai.
KATE

Kate has five years of experience in the education sector. Not only was she an English Major at Cornell University, she is also a national award-winning poet and twice-produced playwright. She is an expert strategist in US admissions and the majority of her clientele have own acceptances to top 30 universities. Kate is proud to offer friendly, fun, efficient, and stimulating guidance that yields rewarding, impressive, and celebratory results.
SENA
MFA in English, University of Michigan
BA in English, University of Michigan
Originally from South Korea, Sena received her BA and MFA from the University of Michigan and is a winner of the prestigious 2020 PEN/Dau Short Story Prize for Emerging Writers as well as the 2019 Boulevard Short Fiction Contest (among other honors). Her writing has appeared or is forthcoming in Quarterly West, Boulevard, and The Fiddlehead. Her art has placed in MQR Mixtape, Wolverine Press, and BBBS of Washtenaw County. Sena has taught numerous writing workshops and classes focused on composition, framing of the story, and narrative argument, where students seek the best method to represent their achievements and goals in writing. She has also worked with scores of international students as an ESL tutor, assisting them to successful reach their intended scores.
